I have to say that I am enjoying this weeks…correction, months…long celebration of the women in my family. Hence, the mid-June talk about the Graybeal Women and our Mother’s Day event. Yes, yes…of course, we headed to Lancaster, PA. Until The Littles get a bit older, it remains The Core that travels north…Linda, Matty, Mom-mom (known as Sarah in another life) and me. We plan an overnight now…it really is all about the time together…not the stuff we buy. And, cramming a visit into a single day of power-shopping with my 3 hour ride on each end was just counter-productive. Obviously.
This time round we lingered over 2 hour meals, lounged on porches, enjoyed comfortable silences. And, still found cool stuff.
My cup runneth over.

Trip Goal: tea party materials. Universe: a 50% off sale at antique shop we never noticed before! SCORE!
Aunt Linda, Mom-mom, Aunt Matty. So weird how your name changes as kids come along…and grandkids.
i love tradition….this is heartwarming. 😉
The ‘Linda thing’ made me snort out-loud! Love this tradition, love the sharing of the love, and that your cup is full to the brim and overflowing. ♥♥♥
I ‘heart’ this too! Such fun and what a tea party find! When’s the party?
Cheers~
