If we arrive in Western Maryland before the canoes have been pulled out of the lake, Josh gets one of these shots. He did a watercolor of one a few years back that we fight over. Right now, it’s in his room. Right now.

Interestingly, when you posted it, my DH and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary in Frostburg and environs!
This shot is on the manmade lake at Herrington Manor State Park…we stayed in the CCC cabins there for decades. Old bones need more comfort now. 🙂
